In the 1st District, U.S. Rep. Jay Inslee, D-Mountlake Terrace, faces perennial Democratic contender Mike the Mover. And in the 7th District, which encompasses most of Seattle, voters will select between Libertarians Brien Bartels and Stan Lippmann. One of them will run against incumbent Jim McDermott, a Democrat, and Republican Carol Thorne Cassady.
