1.      What makes you the best candidate to represent your district in Congress?  At the end of your term, how would voters be able to judge whether they had been well-represented by you?  (50-75 Word Limit)

To solve the basic problems of the physical economy we need new leadership outside of the two party system.  The Republicans and Democrats both represent established interests groups at odds with the General Welfare. As a scientist, teacher, lawyer and entrepreneur, I have gained enough maturity and wisdom to present and implement workable solutions to our needs for clean alternative energy, high speed transport, a clean environment and universal healthcare

2.      Considering that Washington state has the second-highest unemployment rate in the country, what should Congress do to get the economy going again?  (50-75 Word Limit)

We should end the War Economy and divert $300 billion out of the $400 billion of defense spending to capital backing for a massive investment in wind and solar power plants, an interstate Maglev system, a superconducting national energy grid, and a North American aqueduct system. With matching State and local investment, $10 billion a year would be available to create 100,000 new jobs, virtually eliminating unemployment.

3.      What can or should Congress do about accelerating cost of health care and prescription drugs?  (50-75 Word Limit)

The $1 trillion that Governments already spend is adequate to provide better and universal heathcare for all citizens.  Moving to National Health Care would save the taxpayers $250 billion and private individuals $500 billion.  The Democrats failed because their foolish approach was to compound the problem by further enriching their contributors in the insurance industry.
